Civil Engineering Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to join a growing Power & Renewables business with a 5+ year secured project pipeline.

This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of civil engineering strategy, technical delivery and standards across major energy and infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Lead civil engineering across a portfolio of Power & Renewable projects.
• Provide technical leadership from tender & design through construction and handover.
• Lead and develop civil engineering teams.
• Manage design consultants and key technical stakeholders.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations and site infrastructure.
• Drive value engineering, constructability and continuous improvement.
• Provide senior technical input on cost, programme and project risk.

We’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Background in infrastructure, energy, utilities or Power & Renewables.
• Strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing external design consultants.

BESS, solar, wind, substations, grid connections, T&D or HV/MV infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
