Senior Compliance Monitoring Lead – Hybrid – London

MERJE is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Compliance Monitoring function in London. The role focuses on redesigning the CMP, overhauling the monitoring framework, and delivering reviews with remediation. You will own the CMP, lead a small team, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed robust controls in a fast-paced FCA-regulated environment.

The position is London-based with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and offers up to £125,000 base salary plus an excellent package.
