US GAAP European Accounting Lead — Close, Policy & Growth

We Do Group is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to lead European accounting in a US‑listed environment. You will own US GAAP reporting for Europe and manage month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations and internal audit coordination.

Based in West Sussex on site, you will lead a team of four to five, drive policy and compliance, and partner with regional finance to reflect actual spend and accruals. A strong technical background and multinational experience are essential.
