Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions from origination to completion, ensuring seamless deal delivery.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on potential acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance to support their development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sector specialists and capital markets, to provide comprehensive advisory solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience within Investment Banking, with a strong focus on M&A transactions.
• Proven track record of executing and closing complex deals across various industries.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
• A deep understanding of the UK and European M&A market dynamics.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA) are advantageous but not essential.
