Data Activation & Personalisation Lead

Solvex Solutions is seeking a Data Activation Lead to drive data and MarTech to improve customer experiences and commercial outcomes. You will lead the Data Activation team and collaborate with Data, Digital, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Privacy and Risk.

Responsibilities include owning data pipelines, defining activation strategies across personalization, audience segmentation, and engagement across paid and owned channels, while ensuring GDPR and Privacy by Design compliance.
