AIS Service Transition Lead: Go-Live & BAU Readiness

Cognizant is seeking an experienced AIS Lead / Service Transition Lead to drive and manage successful transitions of new services into BAU, ensuring SACs, exit criteria and Go-Live readiness. The role will collaborate with Project, Architecture, and Operational Service Support teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and production-ready.

You will guide end-to-end service transitions, validate acceptance criteria, and drive remediation of any gaps before going live.
