WhatYouWillBeDoing
WearelookingforAIengineerswhobuildandshipagenticAIsystemsinproduction.YouwillworkatthecuttingedgeofagenticandgenerativeAI-designingmulti-agentpipelines,integratinglargelanguagemodelsandvision-languagemodelsintorealworkflows,anddeployingthemintosecureandair-gappedenvironmentsfordefenceandnationalsecuritycustomers.
Thisisadeliveryrole.Youwillownfeaturesend-to-end-fromdesignthroughtodeploymentinconstrainedenvironmentswherereliabilityandsecuritymattermorethanspeedtomarket.
KeyResponsibilities
- Architect,build,andoptimisemulti-agentAIsystemsusingframeworkssuchasLangGraph,Haystack,orequivalent
- IntegrateLLMsandvision-languagemodelsintoagentworkflowsforreasoning,search,summarisation,andtaskexecution
- DeployAIsystemsintocloud,on-premises,andair-gappedenvironments
- Buildproduction-readypipelinesfromdataingestionthroughtoinference
- ExperiencewithobservabilityforAIsystems,includingagentbehaviour,modelperformance,andfailuremodes
- Collaboratewithengineers,productleads,andcustomerstotranslaterequirementsintoworkingsystems
- Contributetoevaluationframeworks,systemintegration,andperformancetracking
- ActasatechnicalauthorityforagenticAI-settingdesignpatternsforjuniorengineers
Requirements
- Commercialexperiencebuildingmulti-agentoragenticAIsystemsinproduction
- StrongPythonskillsandhands-onexperiencewithLLMframeworks(LangGraph,LangChain,Haystack,orsimilar)
- ExperiencedeployingAI/MLsystemsintoproductionenvironments
- FamiliaritywithDocker,Git,andcloudplatforms(AWSpreferred)
- Understandingofsecuredeploymentpatterns-air-gapped,on-premises,orsovereigncloud
