Strategic AI Sales Lead — London

Baseten is hiring a Sales Manager in London to help build our founding team of Strategic Account Executives. You will recruit, ramp, and coach reps while closing complex technical deals, shaping the Europe GTM, and working closely with founders and GTM leadership.

You’ll stay close to product and the open-source model, turning European customer needs into roadmap input and fostering a culture of accountability from the first hire onward.
