- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Extensive industry experience in quality management within the pre-commercial and technical sectors ideally operating from within a CDMO.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with regulatory compliance, quality systems, and process improvement.
- A backgrund in Analytical Development
