Global Employee Relations & Investigations Lead

Peloton Interactive is seeking an organized Manager, International TMR to join our global People team. You will report to the Sr. Director, TMR and lead employee relations across the EMEA region, focusing on risk mitigation, training, and data-driven insights.

You will investigate and resolve grievances, guide managers on performance issues, develop training programs, and partner with People Business Partners and Global Employment Law to ensure fair processes across jurisdictions.
