Inside Sales Leader: Coach & Revenue Growth

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Leader to drive the Inside Sales program and lead a team of more than 10 Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants. You will work with the Manager, Inside Sales to achieve the company’s sales and financial goals.

You will coach the team, formulate targeted campaigns, manage performance against KPIs in Salesforce, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as territory optimization and incentive plans.
