EMEA Talent Partner — Founding Recruiter

Serval is building an AI-native automation platform and will hire the first EMEA Talent Partner to own recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles. You’ll run searches, shape the function, and partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers as Serval expands into EMEA.

This role requires experience recruiting for enterprise SaaS, strong sourcing, and the ability to create scalable processes. You should be comfortable building from scratch and delivering a standout candidate experience
