Senior Associate – Specialty Finance & Fintech Investments

Neuberger Berman is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Specialty Finance & Fintech Investment Team in a hybrid setting in Redwood City, CA. You will build cash flow models, underwrite loans, and evaluate deal structures across consumer, small business, and hard asset segments to drive portfolio outcomes.

The role requires 3–7 years in tier1 finance, strong Intex and Excel/VBA skills, and the ability to interact with investors while supporting due diligence and securitization
