Digital Solutions Architect – Permanent – Hybrid/London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solutions Architect to join a global consumer company based in London. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of customer facing projects across Web, Mobile and CRM.

What you will be doing:

• Architecting and designing products and services which enhance the user experience
• Providing guidance and technical leadership to internal software engineering and 3rd party teams to ensure that solutions are implemented are fit for purpose.
• Evaluating new tools and technologies to drive innovation.

What they are looking for:

• Experience of solutions architecture in a B2C environment
• Previous experience designing digital solutions such as Web or Mobile
• Ability to have non-technical conversations with stakeholders and technical conversations with engineers.
• Being able to understand the customer journey to build outcome driven products/services.
