Welltower’s London-based Transactions Accounting team supports complex real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and joint ventures. The role acts as the local accounting resource, coordinating with Legal, Investments, Tax, external advisors, operators, and the US team from structuring through execution.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, detail oriented, and experienced with UK GAAP/FRS 102 and US GAAP.
