Senior Employment Counsel – In-House (UK & US)

Greencore is seeking an in-house Employment Law Counsel to provide high quality, pragmatic employment law advice across the Group, working with the Deputy General Counsel, HR and business stakeholders to manage risk and ensure compliance across the UK and other jurisdictions.

The role covers contentious and non-contentious matters, drafting contracts and policies, supporting organisational change, TUPE and collective consultation, and managing external counsel as required.
