Chartered IFA Manager | Lead, Mentor, HNW Advisory (Hybrid)

Astra l Recruitment’s client, a leading Chartered IFA firm, seeks an experienced IFA with managerial or team leadership experience for a hybrid role near Brighton/Hove. You will mentor fellow IFAs, manage a select HNW client portfolio, and contribute to growth while benefiting from a generous base, bonus and a strong overall package.

Applicants should hold at least Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and have proven leadership capabilities; Chartered status is preferred.
