EMEA People Operations Process Owner — Benefits Lead

Booking.com is seeking a People Operations Process Owner (EMEA Benefits) to own and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes, with a focus on benefits. You will work with People Operations, Benefits, and IT partners to resolve complex queries, monitor performance and implement policy changes.

You will also provide process guidance, maintain documentation, deliver training, and drive continuous process improvements that enhance service delivery and employee experience.
