A leading US law firm is looking to strengthen its market-leading restructuring practice with the hire of an associate at the NQ–3 PQE level.

The team is seeking a UK-qualified and retained restructuring lawyer (or March 2027 qualifier), ideally trained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading US firm.

The role offers exposure across the full spectrum of stressed, distressed and restructuring matters, working on high-profile UK and international mandates alongside some of the most highly regarded practitioners in the market.

The practice is particularly recognised for its expertise in advising lenders, bondholders, corporates and financial sponsors on complex, often cross-border, restructurings.
