Vice President of Operations at Networks Connect, LLC
Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of a client for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to build, lead, and inspire a sales team, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Utilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business and manage the full sales cycle
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and adapt strategies to market shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotions.
What is needed
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Sales or Business
- Experience selling in a highly competitive B2B sales environment
- Must have experience managing, coaching, and developing top performing sales teams
