TMT Investment Banking Analyst – M&A & Valuation

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its Investment Banking team. You will develop financial models, perform analyses on M&A, equity and debt financings, and contribute to client presentations and due diligence.

You will work on cross-functional deal teams across the TMT sector, coordinating with bankers and lawyers to structure and execute transactions, and to deliver strategic advice to clients.
