Servicenow Integration Developer

Work Location – London / Manchester (Hybrid – 2-3days/week Onsite)

Role Summary

The Integration Engineer will design and develop secure, scalable, and compliant integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems across regulated environments.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow integration experience




• Proven experience working in regulated European organizations




• Experience integrating cloud, security, IAM, monitoring, HR, and finance platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs




• Build event-driven and real-time integrations




• Create secure data exchange mechanisms aligned to GDPR requirements




• Support platform migrations and modernization initiatives




• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance
