Interim Head of Legal — Strategic M&A & Governance Lead

BCL Legal is recruiting an Interim Head of Legal to lead the in-house legal function during maternity cover, combining senior strategic advice with hands‑on governance and commercial support.

Based in Bedfordshire with hybrid attendance, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and Board on M&A activity, contracts, governance, risk management and critical strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth trajectory.
