Lead Service Designer & Transformation Lead

TPXimpact in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Service Designer to join our design practice. Reporting to the Head of Service and Organisation Design, you will guide projects as a project director and ensure high-quality service design across multidisciplinary teams, including TPXimpact colleagues, associates and client teams.

You will mentor junior designers, help shape business development, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
