Our client is a prestigious global City law firm with a strong private wealth and court of protection offering.

Role:

• Deputyship and personal injury trusts
• Liaising with the clinical negligence and personal injury teams when cases are litigated
• Drafting applications to the Court of Protection and annual Deputy Reports

Successful candidate:

• 1-4 PQE- England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
• Must have strong Court of Protection experience gained within a specialised team within a directories ranked court of protection team
