Are you a senior level Real Estate lawyer who would like to play a key role at an international firm as a Real Estate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer on a 12 month contract basis?
The firm’s highly regarded Real Estate team handles a wide range of work covering areas including commercial property for corporate occupiers, asset and portfolio management, real estate finance, corporate support and construction. Working alongside another PSL in the group, you will have the opportunity to assist with delivering innovation projects and help the team to deliver excellent client service. The PSL will initially work primarily on an important document automation project, whilst also keeping the team updated on significant legal developments, assisting with training and client events and identifying opportunities to improve the team’s efficiency and knowledge sharing by way of legal technology and AI tools.
The ideal candidate will be a senior level Real Estate lawyer with strong drafting and communication skills who can demonstrate a genuine interest in legal technology, innovation and AI. Full or part-time working is available. The role is initially a 12 month contract but there is the possibility that it may be extended or converted into a permanent role in the future for the right candidate.
