• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs, align priorities, and shape engineering talent strategies
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to engage exceptional product and design talent, including niche and senior-level roles
• Lead the full hiring process from outreach to offer
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency
• Ensure interviewer calibration and promote recruiting best practices
• Strengthen Airwallex’s employer brand to attract diverse, high-quality talent

Требования

• 7+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house
• Proven track record of hiring product and design talent globally, from senior individual contributors to Product GM and leadership roles
• Experience hiring for key hubs such as the U.K., Netherlands, and other EMEA markets
• Skilled at partnering with and influencing senior executives on hiring strategies and decisions
• Ability to deliver results accurately and with attention to detail in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Creative and resourceful approach to building high-performing engineering teams and improving hiring practices
