Senior Real Estate Commercial Lead – Data Centre (UK/France)

Colt Data Centre Services seeks a Real Estate Commercial Lead for the UK or France to shape and execute the commercial strategy across our data centre development portfolio. You will partner with the Real Estate Country Manager and lead cost, procurement, and governance activities with financial rigour and risk management across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to drive value, optimise CAPEX, and deliver robust commercial performance.
