Senior Real Estate Commercial Lead (UK/France)

Colt Data Centre Services is seeking a Real Estate Commercial Lead to shape and drive the commercial strategy for UK or France, overseeing cost, procurement and investment decisions across data centre development.

Reporting to Head of Commercials, you will lead multi-project portfolios, partner with finance, design, delivery and legal, and ensure robust governance and value creation across the regional portfolio.
