Interim Deputy Director, Bedfordshire Community Health

East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an interim Deputy Director to lead Bedfordshire Community Health Services, overseeing district nursing, palliative care, specialist nursing and community therapy in line with regulatory and contractual obligations.

The post holder will drive neighbourhood-based care models, foster partnerships at place level, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through organisational change to improve population health and service user experience.
