Chartered Structural Lead – Associate Director (Hybrid)

Mainstream North West Kent is seeking an Associate Director (Structural Engineer) to join the expanding head office in the United Kingdom. Candidates must be Chartered members of IStructE and/or ICE, with strong design, project and team-running skills on new-build developments across London and the South East.

The role involves managing and mentoring junior staff within a mixed pipeline of high-rise and low-rise projects valued up to £150 million.
