Operational Tax Lead — UK & EU Product Compliance

Monzo is seeking a hands-on Operational Tax Senior Manager to support the Tax team and collaborate with Finance and Product across the UK and Europe.

You will own operational tax, lead compliance and controls across jurisdictions, and partner with Product to embed tax into product design while keeping pace with regulatory changes.

The role offers UK distribution with occasional London office work, a generous salary, a £1,000 learning budget and Macbooks for remote or hybrid work.
