Registered Care Home Manager – 10% Management Bonus

Richmond Villages Northampton is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to lead a 30-bed home with outstanding CQC rating. You will be responsible for clinical governance, staff leadership, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

The role requires leadership experience, a management qualification (or commitment to obtain), and a DBS check. The salary includes a 10% management bonus and a 40-hour week at this on-site care home.
