Senior L&D Manager – Audit Training & Strategy

BDO UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum, translating business needs into effective programmes and ensuring quality and impact across the firm.

You’ll lead a portfolio of programmes, coach junior colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholder experts, travelling to UK locations as needed while supporting on-site delivery and building a culture of continuous improvement.
