Head of People (Maternity Cover) – Tech & AI

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead the HR and recruitment function during a maternity leave period. This fixed-term contract runs from early September 2026 to mid-May 2027, with an overlap at start and end for handover.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the people strategy and oversee two team members delivering day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. You will provide hands-on support during peak periods while balancing strategic leadership, ensuring compliance
