Site Engineer – Civil Infrastructure Lead & Mentor

Carmichael UK is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support major infrastructure and civil works in Peterborough. You will ensure works are set out correctly, manage site records, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires strong drawing interpretation, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving; mentoring junior staff is encouraged. This is a hands-on, site-based position with a focus on quality and safety.
