Lead Building Surveyor – Hybrid, Public Sector Projects

MMP Consultancy invites applications for an experienced Building Surveyor to join its Property Projects team in East London. You will oversee the technical delivery of capital works, refurbishment and asset improvement projects across a large public sector portfolio.

Responsibilities include leading procurement, acting as Employer’s Agent, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring CDM and Building Regulations compliance. The role offers hybrid working and a daily rate of £400–£450.
