Children’s Mental Health Clinical Ops Leader

Compass is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead a Central & West Lancashire MHST service. You will drive clinical quality, supervise staff and work with partners to deliver safe, outcomes-focused care for children and families.

You will mentor practitioners, manage risk and develop the workforce, including trainees and supervisors, while contributing to audits and service improvements. This role requires strong safeguarding, communication and driving capability.
