Senior HR Manager, Education (Maternity Cover)

Notting Hill & Ealing High School GDST is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 15-month maternity-cover contract in London. You will lead a high-performing HR service, advise senior leaders, and drive improvements in HR systems, payroll data accuracy and compliance.

You will combine hands-on HR generalist expertise with strategic thinking, guiding recruitment, onboarding, attendance, probation and HR records, while building trusted relationships with managers and staff.
