Go-Live & Onboarding Senior Associate — Fintech

PingPong Payments seeks a Senior Associate to own the pre-live customer journey from deal closure to first live transaction in our Europe & Americas Customer Success team, based in London.

You will manage onboarding, configuration and channel setup, coordinating with Product, Compliance and Risk to proactively remove blockers and ensure readiness for go-live. This role requires strong project management, technical fluency, and English proficiency.
