Senior Substation Design Engineer (HV/EHV) – Hybrid Work

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking Engineers to join our growing Primary Substation capability, delivering high‑voltage design for nationwide projects like the Great Grid Upgrade. You’ll influence substation layouts, equipment specs and safety compliance across 11kV to 132kV.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, travel to site as required, and contribute to design delivery, cost estimation and client liaison to keep programs on track.
