Hybrid AI-Driven App Support Specialist

Zilch is seeking a hands-on Business Applications specialist to partner with teams, manage Intercom, Aircall and core Zilch platforms, and handle incidents affecting business apps. This role focuses on automations, tooling improvements, and secure data handling in an agile fintech environment.
