Mortgage Advisor

We are partnering with a UK-leading private bank to recruit an experienced High Net Worth Mortgage Advisor into a permanent position. This is a growth hire, created due to a sustained increase in complex mortgage volumes, offering long-term career stability and exposure to bespoke HNW lending cases.

The role

• Provide compliant, high-quality mortgage advice to HNW clients
• Manage the full mortgage journey from fact find through to offer
• Handle complex income structures, including business owners and professional clients
• Produce suitability letters, affordability assessments and lending documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the process
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer experience, conduct and file quality

What we’re looking for

• Essential: Proven experience advising on HNW mortgages
• Strong preference for experience gained within a private bank or similar HNW environment
• Solid understanding of MCOB, FCA conduct and compliant advice standards
• Confident dealing with complex cases and senior stakeholders
