Structures Engineer — High-Performance F1 Engineering

McLaren Accelerator is seeking a Structures Engineer to join on a fixed-term contract. You will apply structural analysis, simulation and engineering expertise to solve complex challenges for our partners.

You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, project managers and subject matter experts to translate McLaren Racing’s engineering excellence into practical, high-value solutions across industries. We value frontline structural analysis, CAD/FEA, and innovative approaches.
