Talent Acquisition Leader | Strategic UK Hiring, Hybrid

LHH partners with a client undergoing significant growth to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on an 18-month contract. The role will own recruitment across the UK, combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery across multi-site operations.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, work with senior leaders to shape talent strategies, build pipelines and drive continuous improvements in selection, employer branding and candidate experience.
