FMCG Customer Operations Lead – Path to Head of Logistics

R13 Recruitment are partnering with a leading UK manufacturer to recruit a Customer Operations Manager. You will lead the UK Customer Experience team and drive end-to-end order-to-cash performance while collaborating with logistics, sales, and IT to raise service levels.
