We’re hiring a Regional Facilities Manager on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract, covering a portfolio of five residential developments across:

• Bristol
• Bath
• Cardiff
• SouthamptonThis

This is a senior, hands-on regional role – not remote, not single-site. You’ll be out visiting your buildings regularly, leading a team of Building Services Managers, and making sure every community is safe, compliant and running brilliantly from day one.

What you’ll own:

• Team leadership & people development
• Statutory compliance & H&S across the region
• Planned & reactive maintenance
• Mobilisation of new developments
• Budget control (£8m+)
• Customer experience across all sites

What we’re looking for:

• Strong regional FM experience – ideally from a residential, hotel, or PBSA (student accommodation) background rather than commercial FM
• Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
• IOSH Managing Safely + BIFM Level 4 (or working towards)
• Confident with M&E, statutory compliance, and supply chain management
• A driver with your own car, happy to travel regularly across the region
• Senior and credible enough to lead contractors, chair H&S forums, and liaise with enforcement bodies
