Quantity Surveyor – Rates, NEC Contracts & Cost Control

JLL’s Workplace Management division seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide expert schedule of rates administration and contract cost control across M&E, fabric and civil disciplines at Abingdon. You will validate rate submissions, benchmark pricing, and ensure value for money throughout maintenance contracts and NEC-based projects.

You will support project managers with tender input, enforce contract terms, and monitor cashflow using Excel and CAFM tools.
