Finance Manager – Startup with Equity Options & Reporting

Archangel Lightworks, based in Oxford, seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, month-end routines and project reporting. The role includes preparing VAT returns, cashflow forecasting and collaborating with external accountants on year-end accounts.

You will support R&D tax credit applications, project finance activities and special projects with the CFO, while enjoying a collaborative, growth-focused environment and hybrid working options.
