Startup Plant Supervisor – Lead Safety & Production Shifts

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the new IKO Mat Plant operations in Chester, SC.

You will guide start-up activities, build a safety-first culture, and drive high-quality output through engaged teams and lean manufacturing practices. You will work with the management team to achieve SQDCP metrics, train staff, and optimize production methods while maintaining OSHA standards and a safe, clean work environment.
